The Firm was established in August 2016. From the outset, it has focused on comprehensive legal services for business entities, both in day-to-day operations and in representation in court proceedings.
Bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings are one of the Firm’s key areas of practice. In 2017, members of the Firm obtained restructuring adviser qualifications, enabling them to act as bankruptcy trustees, administrators in remedial proceedings and supervisors in arrangement proceedings.
