The Firm was established in August 2016. From the outset, it has focused on comprehensive legal services for business entities, both in day-to-day operations and in representation in court proceedings.
Bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings are one of the Firm’s key areas of practice. In 2017, members of the Firm obtained restructuring adviser qualifications, enabling them to act as bankruptcy trustees, administrators in remedial proceedings and supervisors in arrangement proceedings.

The Firm represents debtors and creditors in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. We support clients from preparing the application through the subsequent stages of the proceedings.

Paweł Kusak

From 2010 to 2012, he completed advocate training with the Warsaw Bar Association and passed the advocate examination in 2013. Since July 2016, he has run his own law office.
In 2017, he passed the examination for a restructuring adviser licence, and in 2018 he was entered on the list of restructuring advisers maintained by the President of the Regional Court in Warsaw.
