The Law Office specializes in conducting restructuring proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings. Two people from the Law Firm’s team have licenses and are included on the list of restructuring advisors, maintained by the President of the District Court in Warsaw, thanks to which they can perform the following functions:

• trustees
• managers in remediation proceedings
• court supervisors.

The Law Firm has experience in representing debtors, including by the filing of motions for bankruptcy (including consumer bankruptcy) or opening restructuring proceedings and representing debtors in the further course of these proceedings. The office represented, among others, partners in a civil law partnership in reorganization proceedings, in which there was a vote and approval of the arrangement with creditors on terms favorable for the debtors.

 

The office also represents creditors, including initiating claims on their behalf, submitting objections and submitting requests for cancellation of restructuring proceedings when they are aimed at harming the creditors.

 

The Law Firm conducts bankruptcy proceedings initiated under the provisions in force from 1 January 2016 (Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law), as well as until 31 December 2015 (Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law).
