Paweł Kusak

A graduate of the 12th High School in Krakow. In 2006 he graduated in Philosophy at the Pedagogical Academy in Krakow, and in 2009 at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, defending his Master’s thesis in administrative law under the supervision of prof. Jan Zimmermann.

In the years 2010 – 2012 he completed legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, and in 2013 he passed the bar examination. From 2010 to 2016, he worked for Law Association in Warsaw, where he dealt with court proceedings in civil and commercial affairs, as well as administrative and court proceedings. He started running an law firm in July 2016, .

In 2017 he passed the license for restructuring consultant, and in 2018 he was entered to the list of restructuring advisors maintained by the President of the District Court in Warsaw. He specializes in civil, commercial (including bankruptcy and restructuring) and administrative law, as well as day-to-day service for business entities.
