• preparing lease agreements, administrative proceedings regarding compensation for expropriated property, including the right to perpetual usufruct of plots expropriated for public roads,
• proceedings for compulsory purchase of real estate by the municipality due to changes in the designated use of real estate in the zoning plan,
• submitting comments to local plans and challenging local plans,
• proceedings for establishing building conditions and granting building permits,
• proceedings for updating annual fee rates for perpetual usufruct, including those due to a changes to the designated purpose of the property,
• land and mortgage register proceedings, including the reconciliation of entries to the land and mortgage register with the actual legal status (e.g. for deletion of a mortgage due to its invalidity),
• proceedings for the purpose of recovering real estate or obtaining compensation for real estate that was expropriated during the period of the Polish People’s Republic,
